ALERT TO SEVERAL WEBMASTERS ABOUT CHANGE OF ADDRESS FOR WEBSITE OF HOME RULE GLOBALLY

Since 1992, Home Rule Globally has been a PA nonprofit corporation having 501c3 status as a tiny think tank concerned with global policy for launching a Supra-National Federation. The extreme diversities within many nations, and the obvious diversities among nations are lamented by some advocates for a United World. Home Rule Globally cherishes and encourages prolonging many such diversities. Voluntary ratifiability of a Proposal seems to be a somewhat vague, but still an adequate standard. Thus Home Rule Globally can treat all Proposals, even its own, as merely “illustrative examples” instead of blueprints meriting prompt adoption. Spontaneous order provides realistic hope of the desired voluntary ratifiability as soon as enough individuals seek greater democracy and individual freedom of choice. Hence, several types of organizations have had cross-links to the Website of HRG, and more are sought.
 
Now a new address is needed for all those cross-links and all of the new cross-links that HRG seeks. Each webmaster is requested to notify the webmaster@homeruleglobally.org  whenever the new address has been posted. HRG expects promptly to add your address to its chronological list of supplemental cross-links.
 
HRG has skepticism concerning the impact of mere cyber-advertising, but great optimism about the impact of eye-balling conversations among a few discovering each other through the Internet. Each participant can seek to clarify his/her own perspectives by prolonged discussion within a group in which each temporarily suspends his/her external clout. HRG treats  bashfulness as among the patterns of external clout employed by some. Enhancing individual integrity by greater confidence in one’s perspectives is the catalyst that can quite effectively stimulate the inventiveness of a Proposal meriting voluntary ratifiability.
